No.1 --  7 days guarantee: replacement after the product has reached the client.  but Customers  pay full shipping cost to our company and back to his location

No.2--. 3 Months Warranty: Any technical, not provoked failures will be free  repaired within 3 months from purchase date. but Customers  pay full shipping cost to our company and back to his location

No.3-- 1 Year Warranty: Any technical, not provoked failures will be repaired after 3 months and  within 12 months from purchase date. Customers  pay full shipping cost to our company and back to his location, as well as any electronic parts that need to be replaced. 

Warranty instruction: 

This warranty service is effective under normal use only. Maintenance or repair fee will be charged under the following conditions. 
 
1. Because of natural disaster (such as typhoon, earthquake, lightning, etc.) or accident (such as: traffic accident causing damage to the product). 
2. If without authorization the product is opened, given maintenance and modified (such as change the product function). 
3. If product is operated differently than described In the user manual, is operated within abnormal work environment or with inappropriate connection cuasing damage to the product. 
4. Change of hardware components (such as: labels, panels, buttons etc.) cuts or abrasion
